When we reply

  • Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Pacific Time — our LA-based support team is at their desks and usually replies within a few hours.
  • Weekends and US holidays — we check inboxes but replies may take until the next business day. Warranty and order-urgent issues are prioritized.
  • Tracking a shipment — email support@megamods.net with your order number; we reply with carrier tracking within an hour during business hours.

Where we are

MegaMods is based in Los Angeles, California. Our workshop, customer support, and shipping all operate out of the same building. We don't take walk-ins (small workshop, no retail floor) but we're happy to book a video call for wholesale discussions, press interviews, or partnership conversations.

Social

We post build photos, mod demos, and the occasional giveaway on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord. DMs on social aren't monitored for support — email is faster.
